News: rack ovens JOBS series
› 15 september 2014The new series of ROTARY OVENS JOBS has been realized trying to bring together the best technologies and the most modern solutions in order to ensure excellent baking results: nowadays bakeries and pastry shops focus on the quality and on the variety of the products. That's why we studied the qualified and demanding users' needs, that want to offer products of excellence.
The result was this new series of EVOLVED ROTARY OVENS FOR BREAD AND PASTRY with SIDE EXCHANGER and consequently FRONT burner or resistances ACCESS (MAINTENANCES carried out from the front, inside the oven or above it): they are ideal for installations among 3 walls or in line with other ovens. Reliable and leading-edge ovens, they are suitable both for large productions and artisan productions where the highest baking quality is the main aim.
Extremely important is the "SOLE EFFECT" VENTILATION system (unlikely to find on other rotary racks ovens) that grants a baking quality that could be compared to that of traditional deck ovens.
Furthermore they allow to use H=1950mm HIGH RACKS (2 trays more in each rack if compared with traditional racks) with a real production increase of 10%.
All with a special focus on the consumptions which have been further reduced, thanks to the latest technologies and to an excellent work of research and development.
